Return and Cancellation Policy

 

Customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the goods. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days and receive a replacement product or a refund. The product must be returned to us in exactly the same condition as it was delivered to you: unused and undamaged in the original packaging. Shipping costs related to the return of the product are paid by the customer. Also attach the purchase confirmation to the shipment (copy of invoice, order confirmation, copy of card payment receipt, etc.). According to the current laws, the customer has a two-year right to file a claim, starting from the date of purchase.

You are not required to inform us of the reason for the return, but we appreciate it if you do. If you have returned the product under the above conditions and you do not want a replacement product, you will be refunded the purchase amount within 30 days.
