 MIL88 (Military) - Axiostat ® is a sterile, single-use, non-absorbent hemostatic wound pad designed for military use to temporarily stop severe bleeding. Axiostat ® stops moderate and severe bleeding caused by various causes such as gunshot wounds, cuts, puncture wounds, etc. also in patients using blood thinners.
 Axiostat ® helps prevent blood loss by creating a mechanical barrier at the site of bleeding and accelerates blood clotting. The wound pad comes in a sterile, weatherproof package.

 Manual
 1. Tear open the Axiostat package
 2. Press Axiostat onto the wound until it sticks.
 3. Once the wound pad is in place, do not lift it, even to check that the bleeding has stopped. Secure the wound pad with a bandage.
 4. Axiostat, to remove, wet the wound pad with saline solution and remove carefully.
