Roll 1 Trauma Pouch is a medical pouch developed in collaboration with the Forward Observations Group, which, unlike traditional medical pouches, is designed to attach to the back of a Dangler-style plate carrier. The pocket comes with a medical supplies insert that folds into a roll, which can be removed from the pocket in either direction by pulling the loop.
